A different set of rules, can be meticulous and yet still loose, with calculated lines allowing the artist to find a smooth expression and depict the energy and emotion of the form.  There is an energy and level of information that we get from a live subject that is not the same from an image. The lighting, dimensions and anatomy offer the artist ways of interpreting the life model. Paired with a relaxed and encouraging environment, the sessions supply the artist create unique opportunities to develop their skills and enjoyment of the art.  Many of the models are also artists who appreciate the dynamics between artist and model and provide a range of poses, forms and angles for the drawers to capture.
